All rates are for double occupancy. 15/person/night for extra guests.

  • 50% deposit required at the time of booking
  • Balance due 14 days in advance
  • Full refund if cancelled up to 14 days in advance
  • 50% refund if cancelled 14-7 days in advance
  • Non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days in advance
  • No Pets
  • No Smoking
  • Check in 3:00 PM
  • Check out 11:00 AM
  • No daily cleaning
  • Maximum occupancy:  2-4 depending on the room

Exceptions:

  • Reservations made during the following events require a 2 night minimum and must be PAID IN FULL at time of booking to guarantee lodging.
  • NO REFUNDS  unless we can re-sell the space.
